I have been involved with
Australian Shepherds since 1972, and have been
active in many of the performance sports associated with Aussies—conformation, herding, obedience,
agility and versatility. Situated in the central
coast region of northern California--the Monterey Bay
area; the perfect climate for growing perfectly
wonderful Aussie puppies!

I have been active and compete
in national breed clubs, ASCA-The
Australian Shepherd Club of America (a member since
1972); USASA -
the United States Australian Shepherd Association
(a member since 1992) as
well AKC-The
American Kennel Club (a member since 1992). I am
also a member of the Del
Monte Kennel Club (a
member since 1995).
I served as long-time editor of the AKC breed club magazine, The
Australian Shepherd Journal; I currently am head of Judge's
Education for USASA and also the Education Chair. I am a long-term Australian Shepherd breed
columnist for the AKC Gazette a antional all-breed magazine,
and have assisted local and national Aussie Rescue groups.

Australian Shepherd sites, lists of reference materials, breeder/mentor
contacts, and rescue resources for those of you who may be interested
in having an Aussie in your life
